By accessing or using FinanceHub Kenya ("the Platform," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered customers, and financial institutions that list products or advertise on the Platform.
FinanceHub Kenya is a comparison marketplace that allows users to browse and compare financial products — including loans, Money Market Funds, SACCO products, fixed deposits, and insurance — from third-party licensed institutions operating in Kenya.
We are not a bank, SACCO, fund manager, insurer, or licensed financial advisor. We do not lend money, accept deposits, underwrite insurance, or manage investments. Product terms shown on the Platform are supplied by the listing institutions and remain subject to that institution's own approval, terms, and conditions.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or register an institution on the Platform.
By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Customers may register for free to save favourite products, use comparison tools, and access other account features.
Financial institutions must submit a registration request that is reviewed and approved by our administrators before the account can list products or purchase advertising. We reserve the right to reject or suspend any institution account that does not meet our verification standards.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.
Institutions are solely responsible for the accuracy of the products, rates, and terms they list. FinanceHub Kenya does not independently verify every figure supplied by an institution, though we may review listings for obvious errors or policy violations.
Institutions may purchase advertising packages to feature their products more prominently. All advertisements are reviewed by our team before going live. Paid placement does not imply an endorsement of the institution's creditworthiness, licensing status, or product quality by FinanceHub Kenya.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Comparisons are provided for informational purposes only. You should independently verify all product details directly with the relevant institution and, where appropriate, consult a licensed financial advisor before making any financial decision.
All content on the Platform — including our name, logo, design, and original text — is owned by FinanceHub Kenya or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Institution logos and product names remain the property of their respective owners.
FinanceHub Kenya is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform, decisions made based on comparisons shown, or the acts or omissions of any listed institution.
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, at our discretion and without prior notice where necessary.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
