FinanceHub Kenya does not charge customers any fee to browse, compare, save favourites, or use the Platform. This policy applies only to advertising payments made by financial institutions.
No payment is taken when an advertisement is submitted for review. Payment is only recorded once an advertisement has been approved and activated by our team.
An advertisement that is still pending review (not yet approved) may be cancelled by the submitting institution at any time, free of charge, since no payment has yet been taken at that stage.
If an active advertisement is removed by FinanceHub Kenya before the end of its 30-day cycle due to a policy violation discovered after activation, a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the period may be issued at our discretion.
Advertisements that run their full 30-day cycle are non-refundable. Rejected advertisements are also not subject to any refund, as no payment is ever taken for advertisements that are not approved.
To request a refund, contact hello@financehubkenya.com with your institution name and advertisement details. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
