This policy governs advertisements purchased by financial institutions to promote their products on FinanceHub Kenya.
Institutions may choose from tiered packages — Starter, Silver, Gold, and Premium — each offering different levels of visibility for a fixed duration.
Every advertisement submitted is reviewed by our administrators before it can go live. An advertisement may be approved, rejected, or returned for correction. Submitting an advertisement does not guarantee approval.
Institutions are solely responsible for ensuring that advertised rates, terms, and claims are accurate, current, and not misleading. Advertisements found to contain false or misleading information will be rejected or removed.
We do not permit advertisements that:
No payment is charged when an advertisement is first submitted. Payment is only recorded once an advertisement has been approved and activated by our team. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
Approved advertisements run for a 30-day cycle from their activation date, after which they are automatically marked as expired unless renewed by the institution.
We do not guarantee any specific level of views, clicks, or enquiries resulting from an advertisement.
Institutions with active advertisements may appear more prominently in listings. This paid placement does not constitute an endorsement of the institution's products, licensing, or financial standing by FinanceHub Kenya.
We reserve the right to remove or suspend any advertisement that violates this policy at any time, without prior notice where necessary to protect users.
